Pay out of Provident funds

Good Morning need to complain about MIBFA whose service is horrible my company went into liquidation on the 15 of July 2013 she went to the MIBFA office to claim her provident fund on the 29th of July 2013 up until i am still waiting for my claim to be paid out to me i mean the claim is going into the 5th month and they never even contact me to inform me whats going on every time i try to call they tell me the claim in is process. I cant afford to pay my rent and now they people where i am renting from wants me out of the house. I will need to go sleep on the streets because i cant afford another place to stay i am a single mother with 3 children who i need to see them to school as well i cant even afford my children schools that how bad it is. When the Company Liquidate we didn't get any money was the company. So i am begging for help please as i don't know who else to turn to. Regards Vanessa Adams
