Midfa 7 months and still no pay out or any procres

We put a claim in 20 june and we phone ev ery every week and every time is the same story phone tammy tompson and the have no progress again... First time we claim was 8 week now going toe take up to 10 months they close 20 dec and open january so will pay out when when they feel like doing they work...
