Service Run around

On 3 December 2013 I have reported damages to my house due to a very bad storm we had, 4 of my ceilings got some rain damage and is hanging they said they will send somebody out for a quote. I waited a few days and nothing seem to happen, so I in they assured me that somebody would call to give us a quote this carried on through the whole of December and they became very agitated with me and told me their contractor have a lot of work to do in the meantime we had a few more storms and the one ceiling collapsed and the others is leaking every time this is a mess. they also do not want to take responsibility for any damages that may occur due to their negligence if they ceilings collapse. so on 17 January 2014 some contractor showed up to the damages and he will send the quote through to SAHL when I did a follow up on this nothing were received by them.
I ask if I can get my own contractor to do the work they refuse, but the problem is I pay for the insurance and why must I be inconvenienced for 2 months lack of service. All I get at this moment is the run around full of empty promises
