I encountered various damages @ my property after hail damage on 2013/11/28 which I reported on 2013/11/29My Geyser broke down and flooded my garage damaging the ceilingAfter a visit by a contractor the geyser was fixed at 19:40 PM the same day I reported the damage. Upon a visit by an assessor I was informed that he will get a roof contractor to my property to inspect the roofUntil today 6 weeks later no such roof contractor came by. A contractor was dispatched to paint the cracked ceiling and other ceilings and grout tiles in the bathroom (water leaking through onto lighting) The paint team had no ladder do my spouse requested them to leave my propertyI reported the incident to the Absa Ombudsman after which his secretary informed me to contact the Resolve Absa TeamNo response up to date. Many calls to the Absa Insurance call Centre lead to no further responses holding on for 21 minutes, 17 minutesThe Geyser broke down on 2014/01/04 3rd time since 2013I had no option to get a plumber to replace the geyser. My ceiling collapsed on my vehicle hotwater running over my vehicleI noticed a broken tile of the hail storm I paid the geyser installNo refund. No roof specialist&Absa response.
