Extremely angry and frustrated at this point!

I made a claim for the repair of my handset on 23/07/13 due to a faulty charging port. The first issue was that no one had gotten back to me after I paid the excess and I had to contact 24HR to collect my phone which I think is unprofessional. Thereafter my handset was repaired and worked perfectly for 5 days. From then on the handset would again not charge properly, taking 8hrs for the battery to go up by only 20%. The same problem occurred two more times thereafter! And 24HR have now repaired the same problem 3 times!! I got the phone back last Friday (27th September 2013). I am extremely disappointed and unhappy to find out that the handset is STILL not working properly. I have been testing the phone and found that the battery now goes up by only 20% in 1hr charging plus an additional problem that it is now not being recognized on a PC, saying the device has malfunctioned. I have been contacting various agents for 2days trying to get to talk to management about replacing my phone, but to no avail. I am so disappointed and disgusted. In the past two months I have only had the phone in my possession for less than two weeks yet I have to pay a contract and insurance constantly.
