I cannot believe that FNB have taken it upon themselves to block my 12 year old daughters account, because she is not FICA'ed???

How do I prove address for a 12 year old, her account is under my profile / portfolio, I have been FICA'ed many times with FNB, however this is not good enough. I now need to get in my car drive to the branch and FICA myself once again and complete a declaration form - in order for them to unblock this account.

So frustrating - this account has been running smoothly since 2005... and all of a sudden, they block it...
