I went to buy a vechicle from BMW and an application was sent to standard bank and was approved (on certain conditions that i had to send through documents). After sending throught the first request of documents from standard bank then i was told a letter was required, after that standard bank said my payslips dont match, after that they were not happy with the deductions on the payslip, after that now they declined it because i dont bank with them. Excuse after excuse and i am unhappy with the service and they way this matter was handled. A consultant or part of standard bank vechicle finance had to go out to BMW so the lady could explain how the payslips work. These are people who suppose to be working for a bank and yet act so stupid.
