Double dedution

I have applied for a loan with African bank and signed an agreement that the payment will be made through our PAYROLL. To my dismay today an amount of R1494 is deducted on my bank account, and on my payslip it was deducted also? What the is wrong or that I have not provided correctly that a human being cannot understand that it is a payroll deduction? I need my money not later than COB today because I have other debit orders that still need to debit my account and I am not going to be in arrears because of your own negligence. I need this to be rectified ASAP. I have faxed my payslip and ID to your refunds department that we cannot even contact because there are no telephone lines. I am so DISAPPOINTED with you guys because you are just fooling us around... How stupid is this?
