Home Loan of R250, 000 declined Ref 4474336

I currently have a mortgage with Standard Bank for R1 million my house is valued at R1.8 million. I had all obtaining the first mortgage with Standard Bank first using the excuse low credit then affordability etc. After months of fighting it finally went to arbitration. Now a year later I would to buy a house for R250, 000 and its declined. I put my application in more than a month ago never heard from anybody at Standard Bank then went to the bank to find out what's happening was told its gone to credit which was a as I had not submitted the documents. I then submitted the documents by fax and still nothing. I phoned and I was told that would escalate my application and somebody would phone me still nothing. I finally managed to speak to a Supervisor on Monday 25th July and she told me to send my documents to her which I did. She received my documents and 9.42 and my application was declined before 13.00. Today I made contact with Belinda and was told it was declined and was asked "did nobody contact you"?? I am furious as this is just not acceptable. What does it take to get somebody to help with my home loan???
