On 31 october -2013 i send the requested documentation to standard bank home loan applications. I send all the documents in a zip folder. Now how is it possible that 95% of the documents are listed in my application folder bit the other two documents are not? Now standard bank has the arrogance to tell me they never received those documents. How incompetent are the standard bank BEE staff?
