Not receiving any feedback

Still waiting for feedback as to my monthly benefit. I am waiting since June 2013 for any feedback. All I receive is that we will pass the information on to the manager and I will be contacted in 5 days. It is now end of September and I still get the same answers. " You will be contacted by one of managers shortly".
