Two weeks ago, i contacted groupon to inform them that the voucher that i purchased in June 2013, my funds needs to be refunded as the merchant is fully booked until the end of the year. Mukund chary M replied to my email and confirmed that he/she would get back to me with 2 days with feedback w.r.t the refund (that was on 11 September 2013, im still waiting to feedback. I have purchased twice before from Groupon and have never experienced bad service. Not sure what happened this time. Anyway, please provide me feedback and I would like a refund on the voucher.
