It saddens me to say that after my complaint via Hello Peter on 19 June 2013, I received a generic mail stating ABSA Insurance will "furnish feedback shortly".
To date, another month has passed, which brings us almost to a year since the initial incident.
I replied on their mail with my ID and policy numbers, and that was that.
I have telephoned, e-mailed... What should the next step be?
All I want is my money back which was deducted for months following cancellation of my policy.
Am wondering if this is too much? Can an investigation truly take this long?
I will really appreciate PROPER and TIMEOUS feedback, preferably with a date of which my money will be returned to me.
Truly dissapointing, ABSA.
