Frustrated with false promises & NO response

I applied for & received my Discovery Credit Card at the end of April. After activating the benefit I made my first woolworths purchase on the 5th of May. Once the statement period had closed at the end of May I realised that I had not received my cash back from the woolworths purchase. I logged a query & received the following reference - 2871724173. After a number of days & receiving no feedback I contacted the call centre to follow up, I was informed that the feedback on the query was that I needed to provide Discovery with a copy of the electronic journal from the woolworths branch relating to the purchase, I wonder if I had not called in would I have ever received that feedback?!
I obtained the electronic journal & sent this through to Discovery on the 14th of June. I received an email on the 19th of June (2 business days later) with another reference number - 2897116258 promising that I will receive feedback within 3 working days.
Again I waited & never received any feedback, I contacted the call centre again & the matter was escalated again & I was promised again that I would get a response by close of business, I am still waiting???
