WORST SERVICE EVER!!

On 8 May I emailed Davlin Neff to cancel my old mutual contract. My email was ignored, it was not cancelled and Old Mutual debited my account. Been dealing with Davlin since 4 June to get my money refunded and to date, I have still not received my money. Been contacted by the manager Dalton Kent Lakey and now recently by Cora Eagle (secretary for Piet van Zyl - area manager) to say that I can expect a response in 3 weeks! I've been waiting since June 4 for my money back, there is no ways I'm waiting another 3 weeks for my money. I have since emailed the Ombudsman as this has gone far enough and I'm tired of dealing with consultants and their managers and no one is refunding me my money. R500 goes a long way these days!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OLD MUTUAL!! It was because of your consultants incompetencies that my money was deducted by you, so you at fault, not me! I will never recommend anyone to go to Old Mutual. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
