Poor Client Service - No feedback

I have sent in documentation for a claim on the 29/07/2013 and never received any feedback from Mutual and Federal. I have contacted them on several occasions but nobody seems to help. Contacted them again today and a person told me that the case has not even been allocated to anyone. They gave me a Team leaders number, but no answer. I would appreciate it if someone could give me feedback regarding my claim.
