DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY

After MONTHS of trying to get meaningful and specific answers from Discovery as to how they can justify their mid-year REDUCTION in Chronic and ADL BENEFITS, I posted on HelloPeter 2 weeks ago. On 29/05 Genevieve promised me FINAL FEEDBACK the following day. As usual - it did not happen. She said to contact her anytime until the matter is resolved. Several emails were subsequently sent to her, and eventually I was promised FINAL FEEDBACK (for the second time) from the COB??? (whatever that is) later that day (04 June). No feedback received, so I emailed Genevieve again on 5 June. Still no feedback, so I emailed Genevieve on 6 June. On 6 June she replied, promising to follow up and give me feedback SHORTLY. From 6 June - 10 June) STILL NO FEEDBACK. And so it goes - Discovery apparently seems unable to justify their actions, and seem to not know how to answer me with incriminating themselves further, hence the continous evasion tactics. I note in so many HelloPeter postings that they post that they have contacted the member directly, and apparently that means that the HelloPeter case woud appear closed to other readers. I wonder how many cases are REALLY resolved?? DISGUSTED
