Their client Mr Mostert bumbed my car in the second weeek of May 2013 while it was parked in a parking bay at work, Mr Mostert acknowleged his error and inform his insurance (Outsurance) about the accident. The insurance fixed his car within a month and they also promise to fix my car.

A promising process to repair my car was started by the insurance (OUTSURANCE), they took my car for assessment/evaluation, after all of that they they decided that the damage amount to R. 12925.00.based on their assessment

After a few weeks they contacted me and faxed an offer of R12925.00 to sign or decline, which i did sign after we reached an agreement and they informed me that they had made arrangement with the Ford/Mazda panel beater (Bens panel-beaters) in PTA to repair my car with that amount that they are putting as an offer.

After 8 days of signing the proposed offer, i started call in Miss Gina about the payment, She kept on promising me that she will come back to me, and she will not honer her promise, i kept on calling and emailing her office and she will avoid my calls or I will be informed that she will call me back, but nothing happened. I started calling everyday and i would be to
