VEHICLE- WORSE CONDITION UPON RETURN - PANELBEATER

My vehicle was taken to the panel beater as instructed by Outsurance. It was to be collected in 10days. After 20 days I contacted the panel beater re repair. Outsurance called me to advised me that my car was a write off - as the damage was greater than the value. The only damage to my car was a small bump on the right front panel scratch running from the bump over the driver back door. They advised that they offer to pay me R20, 600 for the car. I can sell the car for more privately with the bump scratch. I therefore did not accept this. They sent me change of ownership papers and requested me to complete and sign. I notified that I am not in agreement. After 3 days they offered to pay out 49% of the book value of the car - R20, 600 = R10, 682 - excess R1, 130 = R9, 552, I can then fix it privately. I agreed with this arrangement. The panel beater advised that my car was in pieces and I can collect it later the same day. I arrived and found my car in pieces. My car was in a very bad state - the backdoor paint was removed car was left open, VERY dirty my new battery was. Outsurance was not interested and refused to assist me. I have been their client for 9 years!!!
