After I was involved in an accident the other driver refused to give me his details so I was forced to go through my insurance. I began the claiming process with Outsurance after being with them for about 2 years without incident, my payments have always been made, on time no hassles from my side.

After booking in my car on the 3rd of May at The Centurion Panel beaters, I was informed that my car would take 12-14 working days maximum to fx, its just replacing the back bumper, replacing the boot lid and the left side panel of my car. After 18 working days I started to follow up, had no contact from the panel beaters, and I had no contact from the insurance company, I contact the Panel beaters and after I was unhappy with the feedback I recieved I contacted Outsurance to see what they could do for me. The Panelbeaters gave them a different story and they (Outsurance) were on the side of the Panel Beaters even though they agree that my repairs should have never taken this long. I was forced to pay the full access amount even though my car was clearly never washed nor polished after the repairs, broken glass in the back and craft manship on my vehicle is questionable.
