Budget Insurance Has Bad Service

I was involved in an accident more than a month ago. I'm entitle to a courtesy vehicle for 30 days of which the assessments and repairs should be finalised within those thirty day. I have been given the run around the whole month by the consultant saying that they are busy with the assessment. After thirty day i had to return the courtesy vehicle, and now i'm car less and still have no idea when my car will be fixed. I very frustrated by this company, they do not return your messages. They don't take their customers seriously, i cant get to work on time and cant even tell my manager when i'll get my car back because my insurance are just taking their sweet time. I've had better insurances in the past, this is the first time i receive such a problem, i' ve heard people complaining about this company but now i'm experiencing this first hand.

when i asked my consultant to extent the courtesy vehicle because its their fault that this is delayed, she said she will speak to management and get back to me in 10 minutes, that was last week Tuesday, i"m still waiting for her to get back to be about the courtesy car.
