I have been literally every month from Jan 13, via " Mag Tape Deductions" going through on my account.

Whose fault is it?? - Not mine, as I do not give my banking details out to just anybody!!!

My branch, as above would assist to reverse this, on my authority and request - Thank you Dru

Now we are told that this cannot happen any more - WE MUST CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE {Wait a minute when last did this new manager call the call centre AND get incompetent service, spend approx 25 minutes on the telephone, Only to be told cannot help go to branch, or

HERE IS THE "CATCH 22" = WAIT AND SEE

So I wait my account goes into overdraft Nedbank charges me for "Interest" and {Here is the cherry on the cake} - I am the bad client so they make it my fault, AS I REFUSE TO PAY THE INTEREST

Soooooo where to now? - Maybe it is time to switch to another bank that does not have this type of Unfriendly. Uncaring attitude for their long time clients
