Nedbank double charges, terrible attitude

Hello Beep Bank,

Your double charges beep-up and useless call centre & branch service wasted hours of my day. I phone your call centre, they see the charges they even mention that the merchants only performed a payment auth once but assure me the problem is not Nedbank's fault and that I can goto a branch or to the merchants (of which there are 4!)

So off I go to the Clearwater branch and I am told I can reverse by filling out a form and paying R150 per transaction or I can spend my day visiting merchants.

So I spend another two hours visiting merchants who eventually find find out from Nedbank that the problem is Nedbank's and the payments will be reversed tonight by Nedbank!!!

Thanks Nedbank you wasted 4 hours of my day and gave me terrible service, how about training your employees to assume that your systems are the problem and render assistance to your customers!!!

After that I went back to the branch, printed out my statements and walked over to FNB. I am moving my current account and my home loan switch has being applied for. Kiss a million rand in interest I would have paid you good bye you completely useless beep-ers.
