I AM AN AFRICAN BANK CLIENT WHERE I HAVE CREDIT CARD AND TWO LOANS, I WAS RETRENCHED ON APRIL, IN JUNE I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND WAS ADVISE TO SEND LETTER THAT SHOWS I M RETRENCHED AND ID COPY I DID BUT NOTHING HAPPENED, I CALLED AGAIN IN JULY THEY GAVE ANOTHER FAX NUMBER I DID FAX MY DOCUMENT AND THEY PROMISED THAT I WILL GET AN SMS WHEN ITS PROCESSED TO DATE NOTHING HAPPENED, IM VERY DISSAPPOINTED AS I WAS HAPPY WITH THEM UNTIL NOW.PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO AS I MANAGED TO PAY SOME OF MY ACCOUNT WITH THE LITTLE I HAVE FROM APRIL TO DATE BUT WILL NEVER MANAGE THIS AUGUST.
