I have had a overdraft for a few years now on my nedbank account.
When I applied, I was told that there is some extra costs for an overdraft.
I saw on my account an amount of R33 going off every month and I assumed that it was the cost that I have to accept to have the overdraft.

I have now cleared my overdraft on this account, and Nedbank again deducted the money, and this time there was also not enough money in the account, because I only left enough in there for everything to go off.

I phoned nedbank and then I found out they forced me to take a life policy on my overdraft.
This is really unacceptable and I AM GOING to take this further.
If you don't pay me back all the instalments, I will have charges brought up against you. I will start with a complaint at the banking ombudsman.
This is illegal and immoral, but I guess that does not matter to you as long as you get a few extra rand out of a client.

I want this account closed, and all the instalments of that paid to me and also the unpaid item money refunded!!!
I will not tolerate this type of service!!!
