Why continue if the house is no longer on my name?

My house has been sold and payed off, now is registered on the new owners name. End July FNB deducted R3600.00 bond installment from my account, I went to the nearest branch to query about it of where I was given a number to call and I was told the person responsible for my account will give me a call and reverse the money. Til today nobody called me to explain.
End August they deducted the installment again R3600.00.Can they please bring back my money? why should they continue taking money for the house i don't have anymore?
