Hello FNB

Its me again. After having my query logged for being a "High Risk" client, even though my credit cards and other accounts are closed (ref 324461), I have to date received no feedback from you. So I did a bit of digging, and requested my personal credit report. To my shock and horror, I find that my FNB credit card still appears as being open, and over-limit!! NO wonder I am deemed "High Risk", because, due to YOUR admin error I am treated am a delinquent.

Please have this error corrected immediately!!!

You guys are making my decision to leave more and more easier, as the days go by.
