Not understanding why

I am Miss S Chetty of whom is currently banking with Nedbank. When I went to open an fnb acc I was told that I have other old fnb acc with small balances frm 2001/2005 ; need to pay first before I open an new account. It totalled to around R650 of which I paid in cash at branch into special accounts that was retrieved by consultant. On they records it showed high risk client. So the consultant told me to come back after 7 days so that high risk profile will fall off then they can open an account. After 2 weeks I've been back to the bank to open an account and was only approved for a gold account only. When I asked they stated that it still shows high risk client. As I want to open an gold account package meaning with credit card and overdraft (optional) I could not. It is so unfair to know that I maintain all my existing accounts up.to.date and as all the necessary criteria to qualify for a good account with fnb I'm just not understanding why I am always turned down from fnb. My last visit was to Fnb Westwood mall about 3weeks ago and same issues were told to me. I wish to be assisted fairly and to find out why high risk client is not removed out of my profile on fnb records.thank you.
