Query closed with no valid reason

Good day
On the 13 of August I have tried to apply for a car (the ones for R699 per month) but my application was unsuccessful reason was "high risk". I called the company to explain what does high risk mean and they told me maybe am blacklisted. I called Transunion requesting for my credit report of which I paid R35.00 for it, I went through my report to check if I was blacklisted, but I didn't have a default as I know I my previous default was remove. I received my credit report and I have noticed that some of the maiden name does not belong to me, and the address also state that I stay in KZN and I don't, I called Transunion to rectify my details and I have also explain to them that I ones lost my id in 2010 so probable someone has been trying their luck on requesting credit. I was told I must send a proof of residence and my ID copy so they can fix the information and plus one of my retail account they wanted a paid off letter to show that my account was paid up. On the 21 August 2013 I got a message stating that the documents were unclear, so I did resend them, since then. On the 5th September I got a sms saying that my query has been closed due to insufficient doc
