2 days ago I contacted Miway to cancel my existing policy with them. Had been their loyal customer for the past 3 years, but the recent treatment I got said otherwise. Thanks to the retention department or rather Ntokozo, who followed up on my "missing documents" and updated my profile. Thank you for the utmost respect and making me feel like a valued customer.
