Discrimination of Foreign Natinals

I have a Cheque account and credit card with FNB, both which I have had for over 4 years, I went to apply for an overdraft of only R2, 000 and I was informed that overdrafts and other credit facilities except vehicle financing and credit cards are not available to holders of temporary residence permits.

Seriously, so I can apply for vehicle financing worth over R50, 000 (which is high risk for bank by the way) but cannot get an overdraft worth R2, 000 (low risk) yet FNB has record of my credit and employment history. Additionally I have a great credit score Something does not add up about their service offering, it's discriminatory to say the least and in contravention of sec 61 of the National Credit Act.
