Neglect and Ignoring my claim

I have been a loyal and abiding client for Affinity, on the 19th june I was involved in an accident and I did everything they asked me to do at Affinity but to this day nothing has been done (except sending an assessor) anything beyond that fell flat. I'm sick and tired of calling them and getting no reply or if someone does answer they put you on hold and eventually hang up. The owner of the car that I bumped is constantly calling wanting answers and suspects that my insurance is bogus and a (rightfully so with the attitude and lack of customer service I have received from them) I'm currently weighing my options to get a better, reliable and customer oriented insurer not Affinity Underwriters cos they've brought me nothing but misery, dismay and I feel crooked for 1yr 6months I've paid every single premium and for all the superior service they promise to give I'm left with having to incur debts while I have an insurance company that's meant to releave me of such stress. I'm livid and am not even gonna pay my subscriptions for this month cos i'm paying for no service, no protocol, rude customer service agents and dodgy ways of processing claims. I hope they take sum action
