I had a car accident early this year, I had an insurance with Affinity. Since then they sent me a Agreement of Loss and I accepted it and sent it back to them. This was sent on the 15th May 2013, I tried calling that lady from their office (Numbuso Khumalo) and sending her email and she does'nt even border replying. Since from the day I made a claim I have been calling and requesting updates, they don't even call or forward anything. This is a company that do not care about clients.
