My name is Don? Rademan
I was in a motor accident on the 10 January 2014.
My claim was submitted on the 15th January 2014.

It has now been almost 4 weeks, AND NO ONE FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANIES ASSESSORS DEPARTMENT HAS TRIED TO CONTACT ME.

I have yet to hear from an Assessors.

Last week I left an urgent message with an employee named Petro, secretary to
Thelma Jim, Claims Department head, to contact me urgently, I have yet to receive the
call back from Thelma Jim.

I have sent countless messages and phoned Affinity Underwriters and the Broker
their company appointed me, Be sure Africa's, Elaine Potgieter is the person I have been in contact with, but their service is just as bad.

When will my client service needs be met? I pay R405 per month for my insurance, this is the first time I have submitted a claim.

To say that Affinity Underwriters claims department provides bad
service would be a mistake, because they provide NO SERVICE AT ALL.

I would appreciate if someone can contact me urgently regarding my claim.
