Affinity Insurance
No response

It all happened in June 2012. A black contractor of mine was in an accident. He claimed from his insurance, Affinity. Everything was approved, we signed a letter of agreement, the panel beaters were waiting for the letter for go ahead but unfortunately no letter. After a couple of month Affinity replied that a second investigation was made through N.I.A.S. After a couple of month N.I.A.S. said that the contractors name was clean and Affinity must pay for the claim. 16 month after the accident happened, no repairs, no response, nothing from Affinity.
I am afraid that Affinity thinks this is a black person and we do not need to pay. Please repair the persons car.
