Worst ever insurance company

I happened to be involved in an accident on the 28/09/2013 which I followed all the necessary measures which were needed by my insurance when on accident, and on the 30/09/2013 I happened to call my insurance to inform them of the matter which they told me I should take my car to the Panel beater an get a quote which I did and they also asked me to get them all the documents including an accident report from Police officers, all that was done and they even send an assessor who even called me to inform me that all that is left is from an insurance sight they are happy with everything and Affinity confirmed with me that everything was OK they only left to get a signature from Management as it is 24/10/2013 I'm still waiting to get respond from them and when I phone them no one seems to have an answer for me.this is stressing me as its almost a month now and no one is saying anything what a skem
