Pathetic and appalling customer service

On the 19th June 2013 I sadly bumped sum1's car from behind and I acknowledge my fault, I contacted Affinity as my insurer spoke to Thabo Mumakwe who assured me that my claim will be dealt with effectively once Ive submitted all the required documents (the ob nr from the police station, the initial inspection report, copy of ID&drivers license) which I did submit then last week on the 24-06-2013 an assessor was sent thru to assess my vehicle and give them Affinity feedback. To date nothing has been said or mentioned about the other car, they haven't contacted either myself or the lady. I've since been trying to contact them and if I'm lucky I might speak to someone who will put on hold for no less than 10minutes and their bonus is hanging up on you, I'm frustrated and need answers but no one seems to be taking my claim seriously (mind you I've never ever not once skipped a payment or make claim, I need them to live up to their promise of superior service delivery not this gross neglect and waste of my money only to be hung up on or get no answer when trying to call. These people seem bogus maybe I should write to Speak Out and expose them for their shady customer service, livid
