Claim against outsurance

On the 15th of november 2012 i informed them that i have complications with a claim i made from outsurance. they forwarded a letter from the ombudsman for short term insurance after several phone calls. i completed a form and sent it to them. i never had any feedback unless i personally phoned to enquire. the letters sent from legalwise to the ombudsman was of a lame standard and incomplete nature. i even had to encourage the quality of service with supplying facts to state. even when i requested them to call me back they scarcely did. what disturbed me the most was that mrs mouers told me that she cannot understand why they are not paying. she also said that i must contact hello peter to file a complaint. legalwise did not react to the last letter from the ombudsman either in which it stated that they require reciepts of the jewels. the jewel shop did in fact forward the certificates to outsurance. she asked me to choose a local lawyer which i did. she promised me that she will email me information for the lawyer to use. the letter sent to my lawyer did not give needed authority. the lawyer cannot continue without information. for the past week they have failed to contact me.
