LegalWise
90% complaints cant be wrong

I wish I viewed this stat before taking Legalwise (90% of all people who reported Legalwise on this site were unhappy). Last year I had a builder starting a job and not finishing it (boundary wall and gates). I have sunsequently informed Legalwise, who on my behalf sent the builder a letter to say he is in breach. Each time I needed to contact them to find out what the progress was. I would be told that they will contact builder again and get back to me- NOTHING!! Every few weeks or so I will follow up, but not once did Legalwise contact me out of their own. Well its been way over a month now since my last contact and still nothing. However now matters are worse, because I no longer have their contact details to do follow up- nor contract of builder. My laptop was out of my car along with all my personal documents, which was suppose to be behind locked gates and wall if Legalwise was able to convince the builder to completed his job as he should or at least get my money back so I could get someone else to do it. Fortunately I see that Legalwise do respond to HP complaints- so that will be great for me. It means Capetown office will perhaps contact me soon. fingers crossed
