Insurance Ombudsman does not except send emails

I had an insurance claim in August 2012 which I eventually submitted to the Ombudsman.
The service I received was abysmal!!! To say the least.! All that was done was that my emails, and claim, etc were passed backwards and forwards via emails to Outsurance and myself and no action was taken about anything at all. They never got Outsurance to send me the full details I requested. They never did anything about getting the claim settled in facT it was just a major disaster.
I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY GET A SALARY WHICH IS PAID OUT OF OUR TAXES TO DO THIS JOB.
TO THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE INSURANCE CLAIMS, DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO GO AND MAKE A POLICE STATEMENT BECAUSE THAT GETS IGNORED. DON'T BOTH TO SEND YOUR REPORT TO THE OMBUDSMAN.
