Pathetic service by Legalwise and Attorney, s

My husband and I were and defrauded on our wedding day for R6500, he has been a customer of Legalwise for many years therefore decided to use the service. We were referred to Nishlan Attorneys in December 2012 where an attorney by the name of Arishka took on the case. Having done most of the investigations myself on the 14 December 2012 I advised Arishka that the have been arrested she may go and issue the summons, that was ignored. In Jan 2013 she replies to say that the summons is ready do I have an address for the criminals??? however by that time they were already released on bail. How would I gain access to such information, which lawyer expects their client to go and do all the work??? In Feb she advised that they will get the address however i need to fit the bill... WHY??? I have sent complaints through to Legalwise customer service as well as to the Attorneys which is blatantly ignored, Legalwise offers false advertising they DO NOT "Help you get a lawyer when you need one". Should I not receive any feedback please trust this will be taken to the CPA
