Stil the same awnsers over and over!

Every time I phone the fund they give me the same excuses off a system error? How can a system error keep on so long? I really find this whole claiming process unacceptable! Way must I wait so long for my own money to be paid out to me I mean this is money I paid in every month and now that its time for them to pay out they are full of excuses. WHAT IS GOING ON???
