Legalwise insurance/Report them to the Ombudsman

Lets clarify. Your customer support does not respond and your responces here are pathetic and untruthefull.
I went to both my appointments with the attorneys you suggested. Still waiting to find out about the second matter.
I sent a message to your customer (no) support about Aubrey at Florida Branch. After 4 appointments and 5 months dealing with Telesure, Aubrey tells me to do a report to the Ombudsman myself (what is Legalwise there for?) Telesure just ignore Legalwise, shows how much they respect Legalwise.
Any company that is satisfied with 7% customer satisfaction should be embarresed.
I will report Telesure to the Ombudsman as it is beyond Legalwise assistance, and i will report Legalwise aswell. When you respond this time get your facts right and dont call me a.
