Pensioners being ripped off

They are charging my mom, a pensioner, exorbitant fees and she just wants to pay her funeral policy every month. Due to the sassa chane, her money doesn't go straight to her bank account. So they are charging her R50 to make a cash deposit to pay the account, her monthly installment is only R100. They will not accept a debit order from another account to settle the debit order. So we will now have to cancel everything. In the mean time, they are taking double deductions to try to correct the issue and she doesn't have money left on her pension! Really shocking treatment for anyone... let alone a pensioner. And they know she relies on her sassa pension. I sincerely hope nobody treats me the same way in my old age!
