My cheque card was blocked due to suspicion of. Standard bank tried to call me to authorize the transaction once on the 18th of June at 12:00 i was unable to take the call. They did not bother to phone back or try get hold of me in any other way. I had no idea my account had been blocked so went to standard bank to see what was wrong. No one at the bank could tell me what was wrong so they issued me a new card which also didnt work. Now ive been trying to get hold of the division to take the block off my account but no-one answers!
