Card Blocked without my consent

In the beginning of 2013, I moved my web sites (15) to a host in USA for South African hosts are pathetic & expensive & NO SERVICE, after 2 months Standard bank decided to block my card so that the payment could not go through, after phoning Division I was informed they suspected on my account & unblock my card. Now 6 times in 9 months my card was blocked without my consent. Are the staff so blind that they can't see this is a regular payment, really??? I have had enough of this, having a Prestige account is not worth it. Standard Bank you are really causing me problems with this hosting company, can't you just phone your clients to confirm such payments & make note of it on the system. Do you really think this is CUSTOMER CARE??? Is your system & technology so far behind that clients have to contact you to be able to pay their accounts for a service supplier not situated in S.A.? Get a grip or loose a client, I'm seriously considering to take legal action against you for making a FOOL out of me!!!
