SHOCKING SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK!

I upgraded my account at Standard Bank thinking the transition would be easy BUT IT WAS NOT!

The bank kept my old account opened I had to get them to close it.
After the old account closed the new debit card was getting rejected at stores.
Went into the bank, Bank told me the chip was blocked, unblocked it still no joy.
Went back into the bank, bank informed me the card was cancelled so they reinstated it told me it will take 3 days to start working.
1 week lapsed card still not working. During this time i am NOW USING MY CREDIT CARD TO MAKE PURCHASES.
Go back to the bank. Besides making me wait I had to sit on the phone with card division myself. The advice i received was to get a new card altogether and that I should pick it up in 5 days. The bank gave me a temp debit card.
A month has since lapsed no call. I called card division last week no order for a new card has been made.
Further to that the bank decided itself to start debiting a minimum amount of my credit card without notifying me
I registered for UCOUNT THE BANK DEBITS THE UCOUNT FEE BUT HAVE NOT SENT ME THE UCOUNT CARD!

THIS BANK IS HILLARIOUS AND SHOCKING. ITS NO WONDER FNB HAS TAKEN THEIR CLIENTS!!!
