Standard Bank division notified us of transactions on our corporate credit card. So we said fine, stop the card and DON'T re-issue it. And they said someone would contact us from the division.

We're still waiting for the contact from the division. Meanwhile, SB has re-issued the card against our explicit instructions and sent it to the wrong branch for collection. Honestly, they are the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. See all my previous complaints about them. They just can't do anything right.
