FNB is my supplier - NOT BrightPoint or Cell C

Business & Finance

Last year May I got a Blackberry 9300 on the FNB promotion. After two or three months I contacted FNB because the handset was faulty. They refered me to BrightPoint, who refered me to Cell C. I booked the handset in with Cell C for repairs. The handset came back, worked for another two months and then started with the exact same problem (freezing and then not swithcing on at all) - by this time I was fed up with the runaround and left the phone in my drawer. After a couple of months I decided to book the phone in at Cell C again for repairs. Yesterday, the phone came back DAMAGED (the screen was scratched) and NOT WORKING!!! I complained on Hellopeter to Cell C, who said someone will phone me (no call was received). Today I decided to log a complaint with FNB seeing as they are my supplier and not Cell C or BrightPoint. I am paying FNB for the phone, I received the phone from FNB so I expect FNB to fix this problem!!! I have purchased a faulty consumer good from FNB and according to the CPA the supplier should rectivy this problem.

FNB, please get in contact with me to sort out this faulty phone!
