I took out a new contract at Cell C Canal Walk branch and within two days the handset was faulty. I returned the phone to the store, which they then informed me was an Out Of Box (OBF) failure. They said the phone would be shipped to supplier the next day and I'd have a new handset within 7 working days. It's now been 12 working days and i'm still waiting. In addition, I've had to call the store over and over for feedback and not once have they returned my call. On at least 8 occasions both the manager and staff have taken my details and not called me back. None of the staff can give me answers as to what is happening with my handset. As an existing Cell C client, this is by far the worst service experience I've ever had.
